TREATMENT POLICY

​Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving later than 10 minutes to your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.
Cancellations due to sickness or otherwise 12 hours prior to your appointment will result in the full charge of your appointment.
Cancellations due to sickness or otherwise 24 hours to 13 hours prior to your appointment will result in loosing your deposit.
* OPTION to have treatment transferred to friend/ family if you need to cancel within the 24 hours of appointment.
** We understand cancellations can not be helped at times & failure to transfer to a friend/family, we will offer 10% discount for your following treatment.
No show - If we don't receive any communications regarding your appointment you will be charged for the full treatment amount, with no discount on your next appointment.
